Realtors in North Carolina have been helping individuals with low income to buy a home and you can too. The charitable organization named Homes4NC was created by the North Carolina Association Of Realtors in order to help more people move into their dream home. This is accomplished by raising money through the local Realtors Associations in North Carolina and then provide the matching grants to the local nonprofit organizations who help individuals with their housing needs. These grants so far have amounted to over $206,000 and this has provided matching funds to about 52 housing organizations during the past five years since the program started in 2004.

By your help with Homes4NC you will be supporting the community and at the same time continue the strengthening of housing values. Ways to help this charitable organization include the following, participate in the annual American Dream Auction by donating an item, become a sponsor, or making an online donation at www.Homes4NC.com. Residents of North Carolina are also encouraged to purchase the Homes4NC license plate to help with the communication of this program. With each license plate that is purchased a $20.00 donation is given to the charity. The end result is that you will be helping low income families have an affordable safe home.
