Tiger has already redesigned hole number nine three times in order to take advantage of the optimum sunlight. The Cliffs at High Carolina has closed on about thirty lots this past year with a half dozen more under contract. The majority of the sales were in recent months. Tiger is said to have had a great impact on the interest in High Carolina resulting in 29,000 inquiries from prospects interested because of Woods and now the property tours are booked solid for the next three months.
